A Bark Above is a small family own business located in San Antonio, Texas, owner Raquel was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas and is the youngest of eight children. She has one gentle giant Saint Bernard name Beethoven. Raquel began her loved for animals when she began volunteering at her local rescue organization. As she continues to expand her love for animals, after attending a training seminar in 2015, she began working with obedience behaviors. She has spent the past nine years providing professional pet care services. Raquel brings experience in working with various breeds and ages of animals and loves being a part of the professional pet care team. In 2020, she wanted to provide excellent training results to clients, she wants to educate and create a better communication and bond between human and their pups, so she opened A Bark Above. Raquel is committed to providing detail oriented, accurate, and loving care for every client.
